EA and DICE have announced that the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 demo has been downloaded by 3.5 million people.
We reported a few weeks ago that the demo was on track to “to become the fastest downloaded demo in EA history”. After the expiry date the DICE servers will shut down and shift to support the game launch on March 2.

Love Spotify and use it as an online jukebox. But I am one of the 7 million scroungers rather than one of the 320,000 subscribers. The subscription is just too high. I'd rather put up with the occasional adverts. I would happily pay for a native Linux client though.
