this weekend i happened upon this beautiful image from flickr photographer Au fil de… ( above ), and it just made me think of all that really fresh green grass that grows abundantly this time of year in the Marin Headlands . I love bits of bright chartreuse or lime green in decor, too, so I thought it’d be fun to take a peek at some rooms with that spring fling going on.

The cleverly designed Aspiral Clock slowly rotates , moving a little ball further toward the center of the spiral and telling a fairly accurate time all the while. They're handmade in Britain and come in every color imaginable. Unfortunately, the cool comes at a cost. Namely, £350 (~$530). I'd rather just be late! Not that kind of late though. Ain't nobody putting a baby in this ass...

Wanna make a lamp like this yourself? Just go and raid your local hardware store for paint swatches, cut them into coffin-esque shapes and assemble with plastic rivets like the designers at Emocja Studio. The result is a colorful but bizarre blob of a lamp that can change into all sorts of shapes.

LTL, a company that produces vinyl wall and laptop stickers, has launched a line of Wacky Packages wall-art, printed and cut on demand, in sizes up to seven feet tall . This is some of my favorite vintage parody art, like the very best of MAD Magazine's product parodies, and the idea of having it in seven-foot slices makes me want to buy a warehouse to decorate.
